"I want to make sure we have judges who interpret the Constitution of the United States according to the law." --John Kerry

The choice of Supreme Court justices that is likely to occur during this next presidential term is the most important issue in this election next to the War on Terrorism. President Bush has indicated that his choices (proved by his record of choices in the lower courts) will be for constitutionalists. When he says no litmus test, contrary to Kerry's assertions, it means NO litmus test not for or against... he means what he says...

The president will choose justices based on their experience, qualifications and track record of interpreting the law according to the Constitution... which is how it is suppose to be done unlike the way Kerry and liberals and the last few decades of Supreme Court believe it should be done.
